The following changes have been implemented on the Checkout page as of July 6, 2023:

A new CDC field named "What will the order be used for?" has been created.
The "What will the order be used for?" CDC field has been updated to only appear if "Business Use" is selected as the "Select" CDC field option.
The "Credit Card" payment method on the Billing Method section has been updated as the only available Payment Method if "Personal Use" is selected as the "Select" CDC field option. An alert message that reads "Please do not use a Company Credit Card" will also appear.
The "Cost Center" custom payment method on the Billing Method section has been updated as the only available Payment Method if "Business Use" is selected as the "Select" CDC field option.
The "Cost Center" custom payment method on the Billing Method section has been updated from a textbox to a dropdown field with options based on the attached spreadsheet.
